  • What is your shipping policy?
    All orders are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated by weight. All shipments are done through USPS Priority Mail.
  • What is your ship time?
    We ship all orders within 3-5 business days on receipt of payment. We will notify you of any delays in shipments. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. For special requests, shipping times may take longer.
  • What is your return policy?
    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us through the Contact Us page at the bottom or info@furbabiescandles.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. And it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to you. You can always contact us for any return question on our Contact Us Page at the bottom Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, and any product that is used, burned or opened in any way that will not allow it to be resold as new, can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us to authorize the return, then return the item you have as instructed. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method and receive a notice of your refund being processed. As per terms and conditions, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited back to you.   • Do you ship outside the United States?
    No we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States,
  • What type of wax is used in your candles?
    Our Candles are made with all-natural soy and coconut wax. Soy and coconut wax provide for a longer and cleaner burn time. After experimenting with all available wax options, we feel the soy and coconut wax blend is the best in all areas.
  • How many ounces of wax are in the whitewashed dough bowls?
    Each dough bowl is uniquely hand carved and holds anywhere from 20-23 oz of wax.
  • How do I request a custom order?
    Simply email us through the Contact Us Page ( link found at the bottom) with your custom request and we will get back to you shortly on how we can meet your candle needs!
  • Do the candle imbeds burn?
    Our candles in the Dessert and Cocktail collection are so lifelike that you wonder whether that strawberry or the other fruit imbeds will burn?! All imbeds are made of wax and burn along with the rest of the candle. PLEASE NOTE that straws and other paper or plastic add ins do not burn, please remove before lighting!
